Up Closets of Delaware did an incredible job on my closet, and I highly recommend them. Before choosing them, I met with several other local companies and left those meetings feeling confused, pressured, and frustrated. Many wouldn't allow me to be involved in the design process, and some pushed me to sign contracts on the spot.

Bob and Ginny were the complete opposite. They truly listened to what I wanted and worked collaboratively with me to design my dream closet. They offered thoughtful suggestions while respecting my ideas and gave me plenty of time to review options, make changes, and feel completely comfortable before committing to the final design. There was never any pressure. Just genuine guidance and professionalism.

Fantastic experience! I had been waiting to attack my owner's closet since we closed on our home. Plain, semi-useful wire racks were not really 'cutting it.' Bella came out and measured and patiently worked with us so maximize our space in a way that would be most useful. Ginny and Bob basically moved heaven and earth to get us our install done promptly and we could not be more thrilled. it is exactly what we wanted and I highly recommend Up Closets of Delaware for any storage project! Great people and superior products as well.

We contracted with Up Closets to install a closet system for a walk-in closet in our primary suite. The install was completed in 2 days by a two person team, however there were some parts missing that the owner Bob was bringing to install the next day. Bob brought his most skilled installer, Gary, and they were both not completely satisfied with a few details of the original install. Gary corrected what he could that day and Bob promised to come back to correct the other minor issue that he identified, which was two small gaps where the baseboard trim met the newly installed closet components. I may not have noticed the issue Bob was concerned about. Bob is a perfectionist and wants every install to be perfect in every way.
I can recommend Up Closets of Delaware as the kind of home improvement company that wants to insure complete customer satisfaction.
Did I mention the loaner portable clothes hanging units; what a nice touch to add to our satisfaction.

For years we have used many contractors to do work for us and by far this was the best experience. Starting with Bella who sold us the product, then Bob and Ginny who came to our home to make sure everything was good and the installer Isaiah who did a beautiful job with the closet. We have nothing but positive things to say about this experience. We highly recommend them to anyone.
